No problem :).And yeah I do sometimes like I did last Tuesday and I totally felt so bad afterward that I decided to exercise to burn some of the calories off. So I really try not to but sometimes it’s tempting.

Does skipping eating & just drinking water & excersizing
help make you loose weight faster? If so what do you do to fight cravings?
Yes I do I already tried Fad dieting and I lost a bunch of weight but gained it back quickly(my mom was also forcing me to eat.) I do eat now I’m just more careful with what I eat, I always count the calories and keep them up to a strict minimum per day I also exercise regularly so I can actually keep it off this time when I reach my goal weight. And I think your metabolism slows down and then anything that you eat your body will hold on to and store the fat straight away so it doesn’t have any long term (6 month+) effect it does nothing for your health especially your face you will look sick from lack of nutrients. And to fight craving I try to keep my minds of it by staying busy,eating a fruit or sugarless gum.
